The two short films from Director Nay Wunn Ni and Myo Thar Khin from “Only One But Rat” film production were included as a part of “10 Years Myanmar ” Omnibus Film. The two directors attended the festival premiere along with other Myanmar filmmakers. The show-casing of Myanmar films captivated audiences’ interests about Myanmar situations and the industry. Nay Wunn Ni and Myo Thar Khin got to share their experience and difficulties they had faced to make a sensitive film in such a restricted time in Myanmar. The warm reception and genuine interest from the audience, and the foster sense of welcome and appreciation encouraged the Myanmar filmmakers. The Busan International Film Festival creates such a great atmosphere for filmmakers and it was not only for presenting films but also engaging in meaningful conversations with a global community of filmmakers.
